Opting for a rebrand in late 2023, R.L. Plowfield & Associates transformed into RLP Engineers and embarked on the creation of a new logo. The collaborative initiative involved the RLP team and designer Karah Wilson of Sugar Valley Co. // Creative. The logo took shape via the team's vision and initial sketches, undergoing further refinement to achieve its current form. Given RLP’s reputation for comprehensive building engineering "from top to bottom," the logo aptly embodies the spectrum in which the company operates.
The rebrand included a new logo package, business card shell and digital letterhead design, branding and style guide, and a social media blast package.
